Any board option may be customized to fit your needs.
Please contact us for more details.

PASTURE BOARD: Starts at $350 per month. Includes up to 2 scoops Nutrena feed twice daily as needed, hay as needed in the winter, group (mares and geldings) turnout on 30+ acres of pasture, use of a stall if available, and full use of facilities. This is typically the best option for retired horses, those not getting ridden 5+ days a week, or owners on a budget.

Includes up to 2 scoops Nutrena feed twice daily as needed, hay while stalled as needed, day or night in stall as requested and day or night turnout (with mares or geldings) as requested, fan while stalled in June-September, blanketing November-February, and full use of facilities. This is typically the best option for those who want their horse in during the day and out at night, in when it's going to rain all day or night, or those who want their horse left in after morning or evening feeding until they come ride.

Includes up to 2 scoops of Nutrena feed twice daily as needed, hay as needed, designated stall for use anytime, private paddock/pasture turnout (unless you own two horses who go out together), fan while stalled in June-September, blanketing November-February, and full use of facilities. This is typically the best option for show horses, those who don't play well with others, or for owners who prefer semi-private or private turnout.

VET & FARRIER DETAILS

VET: For the safety and continuous care of all the horses entering, living on, and leaving the property, we do require routine vet care to be performed by Cumberland Equine Services on a quarterly schedule. We meet the vet every three months and assess the health and wellness of every horse on the property while holding them (no charge) for routine vet care (boarders will be billed by Cumberland). We highly recommend and prefer Thomasville Animal Hospital for all other equine veterinary needs that cannot be attended to on-site by Cumberland.

FARRIER: Justin Morgan is currently the farrier for all the horses on the farm. We meet him once a month for routine farrier appointment. Boarders are welcome to use any other farrier if they choose but must make arrangements for those appointments.

MASSAGE THERAPY, CHIROPRACTOR, DENTAL CARE, ETC. We periodically schedule with local and regional professionals for other equine services such as massage therapy, chiropractic adjustments, dental work, etc. Boarders are welcome to use any of these professionals or schedule with others, as long as they communicate with us about who is coming to work on which horses, when they are coming, and making sure they are paid on time.
