These banners are printed single-sided unless double-sided is requested. Double-sided banners cost twice the price. I charge the exact shipping cost the banner printing company charges me without additional mark-ups. Due to the custom nature of these banners, all sales are final and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Be sure to proofread your samples carefully and notify me of any errors or typos before your order is sent to print. Colors may vary slightly as they may appear slightly different when viewed on different screens. In the event that the banner printing company makes a huge error, such as printing your blue banner in red, you will be offered whatever remedy they can provide at no additional charge from me.
