Boarding ~ Details & Pricing
Standard Board: $300. a month
Standard Board Details:
A stall, turnout day & night with about 15 other horses on over 40 acres of grass pasture, use
of all facilities, feed, hay, shavings, daily feeding, and stall cleaning.

Special Board: $400. a month
Special Board Details:
Same as Standard Board with a stall and part-time private turnout on grass pasture, use of all
facilities, feed, hay, shavings, daily feeding, and stall cleaning.

Note: Management reserves the right to declare that any horse who is unsuitable for turn-out
with other horses, may need to be kept on Special Board for part-time, private turn-out.
Special Board is also required for all Stallions, without exception. Owners may also opt for
Special Board at any time.

Facility Information
Gray Lily Farm offers over 30 years of experience in top quality care for your horses. Every horse is treated with
individual, expert attention regarding nutrition, veterinary and farrier care. New horses are monitored carefully to
make sure their adjustment to a new location is a pleasant experience. The farm is monitored day and night by
experienced staff and fourth-generation land owners, to insure the safety of all horses on the premises.

Our facility includes: Over 40 acres of grass pasture turnout ~ ~ A newly lighted arena with all weather sand-clay
footing ~ A fenced Show Jumping arena with many different types of jumps ~ A separate grid-work area for lessons
& practice ~ Over 50 Cross Country Fences Including new Ditch, Bank & Tire Complexes (Water coming soon!) ~ ~
Two Round Pens & A separate wash rack area ~ Enclosed Boarders Tack Room & Feed Room ~ Two Barns, totaling
twenty-four 12X12 Wooden Box Stalls ~ and more...

Vet & Farrier Details

Vet: Cumberland Equine Services
Our vet will come out to do regular vet work and bill owners directly. For any
emergency work, you may be called to meet the vet at the barn. Every horse
boarded at Gray Lily Farm must be on the same vet schedule with Cumberland
Equine Services. Horse owners may choose to use a different vet for other than
regular/routine care.

Farrier: Dargin Waters
You will need to hold your horse or plan to arrange for someone else to hold your
horse for the farrier. If you would like to use a different Farrier, please plan to
schedule your own appointments and meet him out here to hold you horse.
